The Accounting Clerk is an entry level part time position where the associate will have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of accounting for growth and development opportunities. Candidate should have strong administrative skills and must be comfortable using computer based programs which include Excel.


Job duties will include but not limited to

  • Matching Invoices to receiving documents
  • Checks for compliance with purchasing procedures
  • Researches vendor statements
  • Reconciliation of purchase receipts
  • Data entry
  • Maintain and update GSE data
  • Preforms filing and copying
  • Other administrative tasks as required.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Experienced at setting up and utilizing excel spreadsheets
  • Proven work experience in accounting
  • Good computer skills including strong working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and seek assistance from fellow team members when necessary
  • Carry out all reasonable requests by accounting team
  • Pass a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Pass a Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security assessment
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
