Position Title: General Manager

Lead and direct all day-to-day operational and administrative activities associated with the handling of cargo and mail at the LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to cargo and mail services for all American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Air Canada and Jet Blue flights at LGA. Safety, security, training, compliance, on-time performance and consistency in optimizing service levels are the cornerstones of this cargo and mail operation and are critical requirements to achieving operational excellence. It is absolutely imperative that the General Manager be the leader in developing teamwork and a strong working relationship with our customers.
The General Manager will be required to deliver against operational, compliance and financial performance goals and execute in accordance with strict airline, government, and airport regulations. This position is expected to identify opportunities for expansion at the location and develop our people for personal and professional growth.
