Position Title: Training Manager
Classification: Full Time – Exempt
Reports To: Director of Operations - LAX
The Training Manager is responsible for conducting training programs that instruct employees on servicing the needs of the individual airline and the associated requirements of their aircraft in accordance with the airline and JetStream’s policies and procedures. Key areas of responsibilities include communicating with management to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. The Training Manager will encourage, build trust, respect and cooperation among team members, thus motivating staff, individually and as a group.

This job operates in a professional office environment as well as outdoors in an airport ramp environment. The employee may become exposed to the elements including but not limited to heat, rain, and snow.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear. The employee must occasionally be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Some travel may be required.
